Soil and Water Conservation Districts in Minnesota are governed by an elected Board. Each Board member represents a District within the county and each District is defined by city and township municipal boundaries. The Board generally meets the second Tuesday of every month, 1:00 p.m., at the Scott County Extension and Conservation Center.
