Scott SWCD Board of Supervisors Elected supervisors who serve on the Scott Soil and Water Conservation District's Board include (front-left to right) Chairman Ewald Gruetzmacher of Belle Plaine and Linda Brown of Elko New Market; (back-left to right) Jim Fitzsimmons of Prior Lake; Secretary/Treasurer Jim Schwingler of Jordan; and Vice Chairman Paul Krueger of Prior Lake. Soil and Water Conservation Districts in Minnesota are governed by elected boards. Each board member represents a District within the county, and each District is defined by city and township municipal boundaries. The Board generally meets at 8 a.m. on the second Wednesday of every month at the Scott County Extension and Conservation Center.
