Scott grew up on a dairy farm in Cambria, Wisconsin. He earned his bachelor’s degree in broad area agriculture at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Scott is involved with the feedlot, equipment rental and native grass programs as well as residue management projects.
Scott has worked at the District for more than 10 years. |
